Mazz Vaulting and Riding Club is a specialist Childrens Yard based in Mnandi/Wierda Park, Centurion.We teach both horse riding as well as Vaulting (gymnastics on horseback) to children from the ages of 3 onwards in a fun and safe environment.

We are all about having fun in a relaxed yet competitive and funfilled environment. Horse riding lessons are available for all ages, and levels of ability, with a range of options to suit your needs, and your wallet. For those just starting off, we offer group riding lessons throughout the week where riders can enjoy the equestrian lifestyle in a more social environment, but for riders wanting individual attention and rapid progression, private riding lessons are also on offer. MAZZ VAULTING and RIDING CLUB also offers superb stabling. At our yard, We make it our top priority to ensure the well being of your horse. We have 2 large spacious paddocks where horses spend most of their time grazing. Horses receive 3 meals per day, grass ad lib and have large comfortable stables to keep them warm at night. With attentive, compassionate grooms residing on the premises to care for your horse, you can rest assured your horse will receive only the best care at all times. Vaulting is an elegant display of gymnastics on horseback and can be done in the walk or the canter depending on the vaulter and horses ability. We are very proud to be one of the few yards coaching this beautiful sport and can boast two training barrels, gymnastic equipment and two magnificent vaulting horses (Both of whom have been placed in the Top 5 at Horse of the Year). We teach lessons to all ages with ponies and horses available for all levels of competence or bring your own horse to the lesson. Horseriding teaches children patience and perseverance and gives them a sense of teamwork and responsibility. At our Pony Camps, children are taught many interesting skills, such as how to feed, groom and tack up a pony, mini lectures on feed, tack and anatomy of the horse, shoeing of hooves, learning to vault safely (gymnastics on horseback), and horse behaviour and how to understand them. Activities are all age appropriate and therefore may vary from group to group.
