Yet, when you look around you at the service levels in and outside your own area of responsibility you can pin-point many weaknesses. Service levels are inadequate because the fundamentals of delegating skills were not applied. Supervisors and managers should not be allowed to delegate without having MASTERED the delegated task themselves. If applied properly sound delegating skills will reduce stress, improve time management, increase trust, elevate self-esteem and confidence, give a sense of achievement, increase professional knowledge and skill development, increase teamwork, productivity and efficiency!! So, having read the benefits from this CORE leadership and management skill, there should only be one question. At the end of the workshop delegates will be able to identify and solve problems through generating and selecting solutions with the help of a variety of strategies to encourage participation and measure performance.
