He has managed many large scale projects internationally, which includes for an onshore gas storage facility in the UK. He has also been involved with various projects from conceptualisation to completion. Arno is au fait with project planning and costing of projects as well as the design and detailing of building structures and foundations in the commercial, residential and industrial sectors. Arno has international work experience in Europe, America and Africa and is consequently familiar with European, American and South African standards. He also has a broad understanding of finite element analyses/design on structures and has executed various challenging projects of which one was nominated for the design excellence award at SAICE. Yvonne Moshoana Da Luz is a degree qualified construction manager and civil technologist more than 10 years of practical and technical experience. She has general and specialized consulting skills in the Commercial, Residential and Industrial sectors. She has also participated in all phases of Project Management for projects, Legal Compliance auditing, development of environmental training material, involvement in community development projects and procedural documentation development for mining companies. Being a team leader she focuses on personal as well as professional development of her fellow employees and team members alike. Problem solving is handled in a responsible but calm manner. She also promotes a positive attitude with a special interest in every single individual’s passion and strengths. Nick graduated from the University of Sheffield in 1997 with a Masters Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering. Since then he has been working in engineering consultancy for small to medium sized firms, gaining extensive experience in civil and structural engineering design and project management. Nick has worked on residential developments and industrial/commercial projects of varying sizes for a diverse range of Clients, and has project managed the engineering designs for a multitude of exciting and challenging projects. His forte is structural engineering and he has undertaken designs for many exclusive developments which have subsequently won national awards for the Client. He has also project managed many large scale multi-phase projects for national developers. He has built up a large Client-base over the years and believes firmly in the value of building positive relationships with all members of the team, both with the Client and in house.
