Inspected, developed LL11 report, plans and specifications for repairing deteriorated eyebrow slabs, parapets, and windowsills. The work included removal and replacement of deteriorated bricks and windowsills, repointing of loose mortar and strengthening of bulkhead parapets. Inspected and developed plans and specifications for the repair of deteriorated concrete from eyebrow slabs and parapet walls. We also provided site supervision to monitor contractor’s work. Inspected and developed plans for the restoration of facade, resurfacing of balconies and replacement of balcony railings, replacement of bricks and shelf angles and repointing on this 424-unit apartment complex. Plans and specs were made available to contractors on our website for competitive bidding. Developed inspection report, sought approval of restoration scheme from the NYC Landmark Commission and developed restoration plans. Developed plans for major façade restoration and roof replacement. Inspected façade and developed report outlining remedial work and future recommendations.
