We are basically a Organisation Development focusing on helping organisations change through people- what underpins our approach is coaching- we help people develop by getting them to find answers in themselves through a series of conversations- be it on a group/team level or on an individual level. This we achieve by developing simple Talent solutions focusing on Coaching, Talent management & Recruitment for big and small organizations in South Africa and on the continent. They may need some support in coping with new or anxiety provoking situations while on their path to being long-term excellent performing individuals. We may have standard processes when we are doing our business but the individual will always shape the outcomes of the process. We believe coaching is a key component to any talent management and development value chain. Our vision is therefore to be THE key partner in the development of higher performing individuals within South African organisations, big or small. Our approach is to engage not just the mind, but the heart and being of the leader to develop a dynamic, CONNECTED leader that is agile in the face of VUCA. Supervision is a supportive process that helps the coach, the client and the industry to reach and maintain high standards in the delivery of coaching. As a community of Organisation Development specialists & coaches, we have a wide competence to support any organisation, be it in transition or on a path to greatness. Through our network, we have access to global practices and for multi-national organisations, are able to bring the expertise on implementing effective and efficient coaching frameworks in large organisations. We have projects in South Africa, Nigeria and Ghana and rapidly expanding into other parts of Africa. Today’s volatile & dynamic environment requires a different type of leader. Many leaders KNOW a lot of things, but know very little about themselves and the people they lead, so they cannot lead effectively. Many entrepreneurs are really interested in how to convert the idea to a business as fast as possible. Many programmes focus on the academics of Entrepreneurship, with less focus on implementation. The objective of the programme is to take the entrepreneur from ideation to the on-ramp of idea implementation in as short a time as possible, while the entrepreneur learns foundational concepts essential for successful enterprise management. The programme is designed in work-based learning principles and the entrepreneurs are supported by some of the best coaches and mentors in the country, who attend to both their business learning as well as self-learning.
