Direct Transact specialises in the processing of electronic transaction such as debit orders, MasterCard and Visa POS and ATM transactions and e-Commerce.  We have a variety of services specifically aimed at the corporate market such as Gift and Incentive cards and corporate payments.  A bank account hosting system is also available with internet access.  Our services are well known in the banking industry and the Company is recognised by the SARB, Visa and MasterCard as a third party processor.

Direct Transact (Pty) Ltd originated through a management buy-out of the Electronic Banking Division of a former South African Retail Bank, realising the dream of the management team to establish the first recognised Third Party Processor in Africa. This dream materialised in September 2002 and the Company currently specialises in providing services to the Banking, Retail and Corporate industry, offering a turnkey solution relating to any form of electronic transaction processing and account hosting services. Our current list of customers underlines the trust that the Company has built over the past number of years as a reliable, professional and trustworthy partner. Since inception, the Company has become a well-known Account Hosting and 3rd Party Transaction Processor and has expanded its services internationally. Judea Harvest, one of Tshepo’s partners, provides tents to various churches. These tents are an extremely cost effective and mobile way to penetrate the previously disadvantaged areas and positively impact the lives of the African people. Tshepo Day Care Centre originated out of one of these tents in Freedom Square, Bloemfontein and raised funds to build a Church that also serves as a community centre. Tshepo Foundation was launched in 2000 as a Community Upliftment Project with a special emphasis on children. The Foundation has brought hope to thousands and has experienced phenomenal growth. Its focus expanded to encompass day care, pre-school centres, feeding schemes, orphan care, child healthcare, education, and skills training for women. Sungardens Hospice offers a programme of specialised, palliative care to patients with progressive, advanced and incurable diseases. The majority of out-patients are visited in their homes by experienced, specially trained nursing staff. It also recognises grief as a normal response to loss and offers support to patients’ families.
