Jeff is extremely positive about the contribution he feels he can make to the future success of EQ-FIN. He was looking for the opportunity to better his position and be in an environment that rewards what you put in and what you get out. Ryan started his career through the SDS Leadership academy. Since then he has moved into recruiting and developing new financial advisors. After a successful 5 years in sales, he went into management, and in 1998 started an affiliated company to Liberty called Matthew and Son. Rob is passionate about adding value to the lives of clients and financial advisors. Whether a client is paying for a policy or an investment, the client expects to get a return or have a claim quickly paid. Riz is someone who is always involved with charity within the group and in her personal capacity. People in the EQ-FIN family would tell you Riz is strong willed and a go getter. In 2007 Andre started his career as an independent Financial Advisor in Bloemfontein after graduating from University. Andre has great drive and wants to make each advisor as successful as he or she can be. He started his career with EQ-FIN six years ago: as a Liberty financial advisor at first and then was quickly promoted to compliance officer. Anyone who works with Emmerentia would describe her as a sincere, driven, ambitious and hard-working individual who is innovative and can interact with all people at different levels. Over the last 10 years Emmerentia has gained expert experience in the recruitment field working at Liberty and Busby Retail.
