Gauteng Dance Studios is a dance school offering dance classes for children from age 4 to 18 in Centurion & Midrand Estates.

It has grown with such a pace that it was decided to opened more branches in the Centurion area. We strive to provide the BEST standard of work for all our students who participates each year in annual exams, shows and festivals. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced levels into a year round program. We are proud to have qualified and competent teaching staff who is all still actively dancing and who are dedicated to progress their own technique and choreography skills. Gauteng Dance Studios has years of experience giving dance classes to children from the age of 3 to 18 years and has 5 studios in the Centurion and Midstream areas. Dancers have a year round programme from exams, festival and local and international competitions. Examinations document each dancers progress as a way to build confidence in the dancers ability. The work progresses through each level, building on the lessons previously learned as well as adding new skills such as musicality, artistry and technical execution. Passing through the grades is a deeply gratifying thing for young dancers when the results of hard work is recognized by the establishment. As a teacher there is no doubt that preparing for dance examinations develop strong dancers. IDF also stays with times and therefor re-evaluate and revise their syllabus work on a yearly base. Each year the studio puts on a studio show where the dancers can showcase their dance skills for friends and family. This is an exciting experience for all concerned from the very youngest to the most advanced as every single dancer is allowed to express their creativity and made to feel so very special. Costumes and makeup play an important role in the show and this is the most exciting part for the dancers participating in shows. The use of lights and special effects (smoke machines) makes every show an unforgettable experience.
