The brief and necessary details are received from the client. We then advise and report on different aspects of the project. An initial design that proposes a solution to the design brief is prepared and presented to the client for review. The scope and complexity of the project is confirmed and the design is developed further. We consult with local authorities in order to ensure all applicable restrictions are met. 4.1: Documentation is prepared and submitted to local municipality for approval. 4.2: Construction documentation is prepared and tenders for construction are collected. Construction is closely monitored by us and any additional required information is supplied to the contractor. Necessary certification is obtained upon completion. It is the core of the explosion, from where the rest of the interior design originates and expands, creating a ripple effect throughout the entire building.
