For over 30 years Horn Australia was an Australian privately owned company, owned by Addison Corp. Minda is well known in Adelaide for creating an environment where people with intellectual disability can embrace and enjoy the experience in life. The Horn Australia company is one of the largest distributors of sewing machine cabinets, craft and quilting tables in the world. Great pride of workmanship is taken during assembly to ensure the highest quality possible is provided to each customer. We use a combination of imported and Australian made components to make our furniture here in Australia. Each piece is made to our exacting standards with a high level of craftsmanship and features the latest technology. It's little wonder that Horn sewing and craft cabinets, cutting tables and accessories are the favourite companions of Australia's clever and crafty. Minda Incorporated, taking the reigns at Horn Minda Incorporated has acquired Horn Australia, but it will be business as usual, with the same high quality products you have come to expect and the whole Horn team coming on board. Minda is a not-for-profit organisation supporting people living with intellectual disability and has a long history of manufacturing quality timber furniture products. In the same way Horn has built a reputation for producing high quality furniture, one of Minda's nine commercial businesses, TRAK Furniture is known across South Australia as specialists in the production of timber furniture and has been in operation for almost 30 years. The move to Minda will give us the opportunity to further develop and also better support our networks as we become part of a larger furniture and commercial business. Horn will still be providing the same quality products and services we have built an international reputation for, and we think that with Minda we can improve on an already very strong product and brand. We are also really happy that our profits will now be going towards Minda, a charity providing support to more than 1,700 people living with intellectual disability. The slide out drawer unit can be built so you can have it left or right of your sewing cabinet. Our newest Modular sewing cabinet comes with a very large cut-out for some of the larger machines on the market. The follow sewing cabinets in the list below all have the maxi size lifter. Insert required at an extra charge for flat bed sewing. The steel locking legs offer a sturdy base, but fold up neatly for easy storage. With 2 wheels on the under side of the table it is easy to move around the home, to take to your sewing classes or take away in your caravan while travelling.
