The establishment of KIPP Consulting Engineers is in respond to the high unemployment rate in South Africa and in response to the Governments effort to create an environment for the Previously Disadvantaged group to participate meaningfully in the economy. It is on this basis that two young African Technologist both from Civil Engineering backgrounds with high ethical and professional standards come about to bring an insight and appropriate solution to the engineering field. Even though the company has not carried out this type of project as a firm or on its own, but with the experience of the key personnel employed KIPP Consulting Engineers can carry out any nature project to the value of R 10 000 000.00 (Ten Million) and more.
