The founder, started the Civil and Building Construction Company, Kgothatso Makokoe, KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS (previously known as Jiva Flora) in 2010. These structures include, acknowledging your needs, listening & responding to your needs, commitment to improvement and valuing your business.
It is KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS' philosophy that "Quality Service" enriches a company's life. With this in mind, KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS has put in place structures that will ensure that we don't over-promise but over-deliver. Service delivery is a key element in our company. Today – KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS is both the name and the idea behind the company. The plan was to start the business and then later go back to complete the degree that will greatly advance the business. The Founder had to come up with a plan and that is when the idea of starting KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS came. The idea came a few years later after not being able to complete his B.Eng (Civil) Degree with the University of Pretoria and dropping out of school due to money issues. With this in mind, KR MAKOKOE INVESTMENTS has put in place structures that will ensure that we don't over-promise but over-deliver.
