Since its inception we have assisted hundreds' of builders to acquire guarantees for Late Enrolments. Our team comprises of individuals with an intimate knowledge of the NHRBC processes, a great advantage in order assist potential home builders navigate the sometimes difficult task of enrolling a property. No financials required Unlike all other forms of guarantees no cash or other form of collateral is required in order to support the guarantee. Does NHBRC accept guarantees other than bank guarantees? In addition to bank guarantees the NHBRC will accept other forms of acceptable guarantees provided by Registered Financial Service Providers. The Léger HBG is an NHBRC approved form of guarantee. All cost are payable upon issuance of the guarantee. The premium is calculated at 3.5% of the guarantee value required multiplied by the number of years (or portion thereof) the guarantee will be in force. A legal processing and administration fee of R3,000 is charged per guarantee notwithstanding the value of the guarantee.
