The oven is made from a refractory insulating material that reflects heat effectively and can resist extreme temperatures. The basic principle is that the oven cooks with radiant heat from above in dry air, resulting in juicy dishes. Most vegetables can be cooked without losing their natural taste. The gas system, door, rain cowl and the stand are optional extras. Please note the gas bottle, regulator and pipe is not included.
