Our integrated approach requires that we execute the electrification designs, conduct procurements of materials, implement the works, conduct the testing and commissioning of the completed installations and hand-over to Eskom for Operation and Maintenance. Mphaphuli Consulting (Pty) Ltd has proven experience and capability in the electrification of rural villages, and to date has successfully electrified more than 30 000 households in more than 80 villages in the Limpopo Province. The slow pace of electricity services delivery in Municipalities which is leading to service protests in some areas\. Inadequate management capacity in some Municipalities to fast-track electricity service delivery\. The need to create employment and training opportunities in the areas of Projects execution\. The new business model has yielded great results in that the Company has recently been appointed for a Contract by the Greater Tubatse Municipality. Our advisory services are geared to assist our clients to tackle challenges in the engineering design, procurement, construction and maintenance management of electrical installations, and electrical asset identification and management.
