Her perfectionistic aptitude ensures that all events are organised well in advance and delivered at 100% client satisfaction. The demand of a 9 to 5 does put a lot of stress on employees and when working in a team environment, this stress can often lead to squabbles and general unhappiness amongst a team. None of us get along with everybody and personality clashes are bound to happen from time to time, Project Summit Consulting’s corporate teambuilding programs aim to combine the efforts of everyone in the team to reach a collective end-result. The process of our corporate teambuilding activities has been formulated to allow for a thorough introduction and realisation of the importance of teamwork. We are crazy hectic busy with camps and team buildings. It was a mind opening experience for the whole team. The activities were fun packed but also challenging both physically and mentally. The activities also taught us a lot of things that can be applicable in the work environment, things like trust and sharing of tasks and responsibilities. It was indeed a fun way of learning real life experiences. No matter how big your team, we believe every business needs team building days from time to time.
