Our fastest growing product over the last few years has to be canvas printing. This process is use for the following products when larger quantities are required: T-shirt printing, bag printing, corri or correx boards, stickers, chromadek boards and more. We also print some of our country and corporate flags using screen printing. We use litho printing for large orders for stickers, business cards, flyers, pamphlets, booklets, brochures, posters and such. We offer engraving solutions for many of our promotional items. At low quantities of booklets, we use the digital printing process (Computer to Printer) What characterizes the lithographic printing process is that the setup charges (screen preparation and positive relatively expensive), but the printing costs are lower than any other process. Keep in mind that, as a rule, we do not quote on the design and layout of your booklets. To reduce costs, you can provide all photos as high res jpeg images to us and text and other graphics in an editable format. We don’t only manufacture lightboxes but also offer maintenance and restore existing light boxes. Therefore, if the length of the lightbox exceeds any of these dimensions, we will need to use a translucent PVC for the face. A Flex-Face face has the advantage of being slightly cheaper than a Perspex face. In the case of Perspex, we print on a translucent vinyl sticker, which is laminated and then applied onto the Perspex and with a flex-face we print directly on the PVC. Besides the manufacture of lightboxes, we also do the restoration of existing lightboxes. If a face is to be replaced, we can replace it with Perspex or Translucent PVC (Flex-face). With a Perspex face, in most cases, the Perspex must also be replaced because of the high probability that the Perspex will crack if it has been exposed to all of the elements for more than 12 months. Also, vinyl on the face tends to melt into the Perspex over time because of the constant low heat that it is exposed to inside the lightbox. There are numerous factors that could result in a lightbox that doesn’t light up. Because of the shorter lifetime of neon globes, we usually recommend LED light strips instead. Unlike with the manufacturing and installing of a lightbox we are unable to give you a price on repairing or replacing lights inside a lightbox without one of or Redblock technicians physically seeing the inside of the lightbox beforehand.
