Our main objective from inception was never to create a typical Guest House catering for tourists and holiday makers, but to aspire to become the most successful Corporate Guest House and supply an array of services catering specifically for the corporate market.Subsequently we do not allow any guests under the age of 21 and make no exception thereto. We believe that no request from a client cannot be delivered or produced immediately.*A further benefit available from the Corporate Guest House is that an own shuttle and driver is available for clientele to be collected and transported during their stay at the Guest House. The uniqueness of the Guest House for the Legal and Commercial market, is that the house in its entirety is rented to a specific group and no other guests are allowed at that time as the house exclusively then, for the duration of the booking, belongs to the client.Services offered to the Legal clientele:*The legal clientele which we offer services for, are mainly for clients coming from far in respect of High Court Litigation for which more than 1 (One) day has been set aside.*Consultation with counsel, as all three the Pretoria Bar Counsels are situated within a radius of 8 km from the Guest House.*The fact that our conference facilities are recorded and transcribed the next day makes the venue extremely attractive for the legal fraternity in respect of enquiries and arbitrations.*During any sessions at the Guest House, light lunches and soft drinks are served continuously. Our technical support in respect of visual material and visual presentations are also of high standard and quality and a superb tranquil environment for businessmen to relax with comfortable rooms, after a hard day’s work.
