Together with Eben Nel, Tim Ungerer and Malcolm Haines, a formidable team with a wealth of experience in the seafood industry, has been assimilated. Tony Graham Tony has an accounting background, having qualified as an accountant many years ago. Together with his entrepreneurial ability, having run his own accounting practice, as well as several other businesses, prior to entering the restaurant industry some 8 years ago, he has an intimate knowledge of the franchise industry. Cornelius Kritzinger Cor has been involved in the restaurant industry for the greater part of his working life. He has managed and run all types of restaurants and has been involved in the seafood industry for the past 10 years. The Group has developed a successful formula, some of which is elaborated below. Through further franchising we are consolidating our market share and growing a reputable brand of restaurant. We have developed training facilities in one of our stores, with dedicated, highly experienced training officers available for the continual training of our staff. We pride ourselves in our ongoing hygiene methods and skills development which routinely form part of our in house training programmes. Our objectives at Simply Fish are to offer Simply delicious healthy meals at affordable prices, in a friendly atmosphere coupled with excellent service. This store is a fantastic site with lovely sea views, which is very conveniently located on the corner of Ashley Avenue and Umhlanga Rocks Drive and has ample secure parking. This venue is growing in popularity and has proved extremely successful to date. These were previously trading under the banner of a well known seafood chain. This transition has been very well received and is proving extremely popular and very successful. As part of this transformation we have also renovated these venues which are very well appointed and are located in the prime areas of Morningside and The Pavilion Centre, one of the premier regional shopping centers in Kwazulu Natal. Our first store in the Gauteng area opened in the same month in Pretoria in the eastern suburb or Moreletta Park. As a group of Restaurants, which are all owner run, we find we are able to efficiently be on top of customer needs and able to respond instantaneously in order to take advantage of the freshest products available, which we strive to supply to our customers at very favorable prices. All senior managers in store have an interest therein, as well as a wealth of experience in the seafood restaurant industry. We are also conscious of customers stress levels in today’s hectic world and for this reason we promote healthy eating and have had selected items on our menu approved and endorsed by the Heart Foundation of South Africa. Specials are offered on an ongoing basis and we incorporate theme evenings to provide our customers with special entertainment evenings.
