Multibraai started making gas and charcoal braais in This Pretoria based company created the concept of the V shaped braai grid, which drains a lot of the fat from the cooking away from the flames of the grill; thereby minimizing burning of harder to cook foods such as chicken flatties and wors. They coupled this with an H shaped burner that gives better distribution of heat and when required a hotter heat; as well as a thick stainless steel chassis for the braai that ensures both strength and durability. For over 30 years their gas braais have been sought after by serious braaiers in SA and across our borders. They enjoy the unique cooking abilities of these products, coupled with the longevity of this brand, which keeps them operating well when other makes have fallen by the wayside. From their gas braai base they expanded into and became masters of extraction systems to fit over braais. Additionally, the hood allows one to use the convection of the unit to roast anything from chops to a turkey for Christmas. The unique combination of the infra-red ceramic back burner and the roasting hood makes cooking whole chickens or a leg of lamb, perfectly a very easy job. A battery operated ignition system which ignites every burner individually is standard. A back burner for the trouble free use of the rotisserie and a side burner are standard issue. The trolley is the only component requiring assembling. Vegetables, potatoes, mealies and even garlic bread can also be prepared with these units.
