Sultry Studios has been teaching the performance of pole and sensual dance since 2006.
We are proud members of the PFASA and regularly take part in shows and competitions.
Our classes are all about having fun while working out and learning some new skills.
Stretching is a large component of classes, and posture and body alignment are greatly improved.
Pole, lap and Sensual dance increases flexibility, aiding with joint and muscle movement.
Tuition in doubles tricks and performances is part of the curriculum.
We offer small groups and optional opportunities to compete and perform.
Classes assist greatly with weight loss and all over body toning. This is a studio where you can feel free to arrive in comfy pants and slippers!.

We offer 4 levels of Pole dancing at our studio in Centurion.
We offer fitness classes in Pole, Lap and sensual dance, for all ladies over 18 in a fun and safe environment. Level A for beginners, and level D for our advanced II pole class.
We have 2 studios on the premises, offering a wide variety of classes and time slots to suit various schedules.

l love the mental and physical challenge that comes with Pole fitness; the strength and fitness required to perform certain pole dance moves. Pole has taught me how to be comfortable with my body and also what the body is capable of if you just move past the fear. There is no better feeling then the sense of accomplishment that comes from learning a new move, practicing until you get right. It focusses on core strength and attitude and right mind set. Pole dancing is for ladies of all shapes and sizes, colour and race. At Sultry Studios we accept one another for who and what we are and don’t judge each other based on appearance or culture. We learn a tremendous amount from each other as both students and instructors and share in each other’s success of accomplishing a new move. Sultry Studios has been teaching the performance of Pole Fitness and Sensual Dance since We offer classes in Aerial Silks; Pole Fitness, Sensual Dance as well as Conditioning Classes for Women and Men over 18's in a fun and safe environment. Our classes are all about having fun while working out and learning some new skills. For the younger generation we have a full PoleNastix program. These classes incorporate the acrobatic component of Pole tricks, but have none of the sensual nature of our adult classes. We offer small groups and optional opportunities to compete and perform. Tuition in doubles tricks and performances is part of the curriculum. These styles of dance help to increase flexibility, aiding with joint and muscle movement.
