Valtech Engineering has been designing and manufacturing various burners, mixers and regulators for the past 20 years. We specialize in high capacity burners used extensively for flame treating plastic bottles, in particularly any item fabricated from plastic. However we manufacture any type of burner with your sample or specification. All burners, burner nozzles and complete units are manufactured by Valtech Engineering and is totally South African manufactured. For ampoule sealing and glass blow industry and glass forming, made to your own specification. Internal firing ring burner is used for plastic surface treatment of bottles where total peripheral treatment is required. Any round plastic items large or small (drinking bottles, cosmetic or household products) are fed through the burner flame prior to labelling, printing or decorating in order for proper adhesion will take place. This flame treating process allows printing ink or labelling to adhere to the surface without peeling. Valtech high capacity Ribbon Burners operate on LPG Gas or Natural Gas and compressed air with conventional mixer system and are used extensively for flame treating plastic buckets, bottles, toys, coolers, syringes or any item fabricated from plastic. These items are fed through burner flame prior to labelling, printing or decorating in order that proper adhesion will take place. These Burners have specifically three drilled rows of 1.2 diameter holes which provide high capacity flame with adjustable slide gate. For printing on buckets we also manufacture a Linear Burner without the slide gate. We manufacture Ribbon/Linear burners in different lengths with your sample or specification. These Variable Speed turntables are used for the flaming of larger diameter containers (buckets) to your specification. Valtech can also service or repair burners or nozzles, after constant use. These flamers come in handy on your camping or fishing trip for the fast and reliable flaming of your wood with gas.
